Here is a rare opportunity to purchase one of the most sought after mid-1970's fiberglass motor yachts. The Commander was built to heavy standards by the Chris Craft Boat Corporation.

This vessel is a full planing stepped hull design that has a real world top speed of 20 knots, and a best cruise speed of 15 knots at 16 gallons per hour of fuel consumption.

The vessel features twin small block V-8 Chevrolet engines with paragon gears, gasoline generator, central air conditioning and heat, dual controls (flybridge and weather helm), a large cockpit, V-birth private sleeping quarters, convertible dinette, settee, full gallery with cook top and refrigeration, full bath facility with shower and electric toilet.

Recently (2007), a new Electra San Ultra treatment system was installed for the toilet and head system. A new air conditioning water pump, new morse engine and transmission controls, and a complete overhaul of fresh water cooling systems was completed as well. All hoses and clamps were replaced.

The vessel had a bottom job in 2006 and has regular diver maintenance performed including careful attention to the zinc anodes.
